How to Reset Windows 10 Without loosing important files
- Launch the Windows Start menu and click Settings
- Click Update & Security
- Click Recovery and Select Reset This PC
- If you wish to retain your files but remove apps and settings, select Keep my files (Recommended). If you wish to remove apps, settings and files, select Remove Everything.
- You should get a notification of what is about to be removed
- Click Reset to commence the reset
- Sit back and take a cup of coffee and wait for the resetting process to be completed and you will find yourself in windows 10 setup menu
