• Download ppsspp gold using the above link and install it on your phone
• After download the PES2017 you will find out its .RAR file and you need to extract it using a PC or phone if possible but you need to use the above password before extraction
• After extracting the PES2017 you will see the game in .ISO file format named "PES2017.ISO" then move the file in to your SD card>>PSP>>GAME
• Open PPSSPP Gold you earlier install and find games then tap PES2017 and play
